ConfidentialityAs your Agent, Troy will keep your confidences, including information about you, the property, or the transaction that could be used to your disadvantage but is not required by law to be disclosed. This confidentiality continues after the completion of the sale even though the Agency Relationship has ended.

  3. Full DisclosureAny and all facts that might affect your decisions or the Agency Relationship will be immediately disclosed, including any possible conflicts of interest.

  4. ObedienceAs your Agent, Troy will obey your lawful instructions throughout the real estate transaction. He will not make decisions for you, or act contrary to your expressed wishes.

  5. Care and SkillAs your agent, Troy will perform his duties with due attention, care, and skill, meeting all ethical and service quality industry standards.

  6. Full AccountingAny money or property placed in the Agent's hands while he is acting on your behalf during the sale must be accounted for.
