For most people, choosing to buy or sell property is one of the biggest and most significant financial decisions they will make throughout their lifetime. It's important to understand that you can choose the type of relationship and service you get from Troy, including the Sole Agency arrangement. When you decide to work with Troy Weber as your Agent, you can enter into an Agency Relationship that is bound by certain fiduciary duties. Essentially, by choosing Sole Agency you are granting your Agent authority to represent you throughout the real estate transaction, and in return your Agent is obligated to protect and promote those interests as if they were his own.

This confidentiality continues after the completion of the sale even though the Agency Relationship has ended.
